Policies

Deposits:

​

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. 

50% of the remanding balance due 7 days before the event.

​

VillaChef reserves the right to return a deposit for any reason and release the reservation.

​

Payment Methods:

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, and Cash for your convenience.

There will be a 5% Credit Card Processing Fee added to each transaction.

​

There will be a 20% auto-gratuity added to all chef services.

​

Cancelations:

​

VillaChef is not responsible for cancellation due to acts of nature, transportation difficulties, death in the family, change of plans, illness, or force majeure.

​

Our services are not to exceed 5 hours of on-site time. This includes set up, meal time, and cleanup.

​

Servers may be required for some events and will be billed at $250 for up to five hours including setup and breakdown. Additional hours will be billed at a rate of $75 per hour.
