Policies
Deposits:
To secure a date before details have been arranged, we gladly accept a $250.00 deposit for parties of 10 and under & $350.00 for parties of over 10.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure any Private Chef Event. All deposits are non-refundable.
VillaChef reserves the right to return a deposit for any reason and release the reservation.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash for your convenience. There will be a 5% Credit Card Processing Fee added to each transaction.
Cancelations:
VillaChef is not responsible for cancellation due to acts of nature, transportation difficulties, death in the family, change of plans, illness, or force majeure.
Our services are not to exceed 5 hours of on-site time. This includes set up, meal time, and cleanup.
Servers may be required for some events and will be billed at $250 for up to five hours including setup and breakdown. Additional hours will be billed at a rate of $75 per hour.
