MEET CHEF TMANA
Born and raised in New England, presently balancing her time between Maine and St. John, Tmana is a talented chef, avid gardener, sailor, and painter.
She draws upon a diverse culinary palate inspired from her travels abroad in Europe, the Bahamas, Caribbean islands, and of course her New England roots.
